Mark D. Diggs, Founder, CEO & Chairman
Mark DiggsMr. Diggs founded LITMUS. He has worked extensively in the state of Arkansas in the development of private sector and public sector partnerships at all levels, serving on numerous select legislative and policy making committees.

In 1989, he founded Software Innovators, Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas and built the three-person start-up to a company with 250 IT professionals with operations in Little Rock, Boston, New Orleans, and Gulfport, Mississippi by the end of 1997. In 1998, he co-founded BrightStar Information Technology Group, Inc., a public company of 1200 IT professionals with operations throughout the United States and Australia. Software Innovators became a division of BrightStar.

Mr. Diggs is co-author of The Keys to Growth in the New Economy: ‘Investing in Discovery, Engineering, and Entrepreneurship', and a co-inventor of a patent pending novel application of Nano-technology in cancer therapy: ‘In Vivo Ultrasonic Fracturing of antibody-directed Nano-particulates and Nano-containers to disrupt cell membranes or release Cancer and Other Therapeutic agents’.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Arkansas State University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the American Technological University. He has served as adjunct faculty head and professor for Webster University's Master Degree program for Computer Resources Management.


Marc K. Rieke, CFO & Director
MArc RiekeMr. Rieke has experience as a corporate officer, with nine years at two public companies, and 20 years experience as Chief Financial Officer in industry sectors which include oil field services, telecommunications, manufacturing and food distribution. From development stage companies to those publicly held, he has experience in all financial and administrative operations of a business including treasury, accounting, financial and management reporting, taxes, information systems, risk management, legal and human resources. He also has extensive experience in cross border accounting, reporting and compliance required by global stock exchanges.

He has coordinated all aspects of due diligence activity for underwriters and counsel in preparation for a public offering. Post listing, Mr. Rieke's responsibilities included SEC, American Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ reporting and compliance matters, as well as the day to day activities regarding investor relations.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Political Science from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Rieke earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Dr. James K. Hendren, Director
Dr. James HendrenDr. Hendren is currently President of eCountyInfo.com, LLC. He serves as Executive in Resident at the University of Arkansas Little Rock, as well as a Commissioner for the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. Prior to its acquisition by EuroNet in 1999, he spent 21 years at Arksys, an global software design, development, and packaged software firm as a director and President, then Chairman.

He earned a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Physics, as well as a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Arkansas.


Harold J. Voorhees, Jr. Director
Harold VoorheesMr. Voorhees is the President and CEO of Serv-U-Success, a privately held direct store delivery business. Begun in 1992 by Mr. Voorhees, Serv-U-Success provides an outsourcing solution for proprietary store brands for a large regional grocery/general merchandise retailer. The 600 plus Serv-U-Success employees conduct in store merchandising of over 1,000 items to 171 stores in a five-state area.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.


Clifford E. McFarland, Director
Cliff McFarlandOver the last 25 years Mr. McFarland has provided senior level management consulting and specialized financial advisory services to entrepreneurial management teams.

He graduated from the University of Houston/Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science in Business/Public Affairs and currently holds the following board positions: Teletouch Communications, Inc. Progressive Concepts Communications, Inc., and Production Enhancement Group, Inc.
